How Home Visits Work

Our mobile grooming service brings everything to your doorstep. Here is what to expect:

  • Booking: Choose your service and preferred time slot online or via email.
  • Confirmation: We confirm your appointment within 24 hours and provide your groomer's details.
  • Arrival: Your groomer arrives fully equipped with all necessary tools and supplies.
  • The Session: Grooming takes place in a space comfortable for your pet, typically 45 to 90 minutes.
  • Aftercare: We leave you with tips specific to your pet and schedule the next visit if desired.

Size Adjustments

Prices listed are for medium-sized pets. Large breeds may incur an additional £8 to £15 depending on coat condition and time required. We always confirm pricing before the appointment.

Matting and Condition

Severely matted coats require extra de-matting time. In some cases, shaving may be the kindest option. We discuss all possibilities with you before proceeding.

Travel Within Liverpool

Home visits within Liverpool city boundaries include travel at no extra charge. Locations outside this area may have a small travel fee of £5 to £12.
