How to Book
Booking your appointment is straightforward. Simply send us an email with your preferred service, a few date and time options that work for you, and basic information about your pet.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours on business days. Once confirmed, you will receive appointment details including your groomer's name and contact information.
For urgent requests or same-day availability, please email with "Urgent" in the subject line and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do I need to be home?
We recommend being present, especially for first appointments. Once trust is established, some clients provide access for us to work while they are away.
What about multiple pets?
Absolutely, we can groom multiple pets in one visit. Please mention all pets when booking so we can allocate appropriate time.
